We only collect information that is necessary to provide our services and respond to enquiries. This includes:

  • Contact form submissions — your full name, email address, phone number, and project details when you fill out any form on this website.
  • WhatsApp messages — your phone number and the content of any messages you send via our WhatsApp Business link.
  • Analytics data — anonymous information about how you use this website, including pages visited, time spent, device type, browser, and general location (city/country level). This is collected via Google Analytics and does not personally identify you.
  • Email correspondence — any emails you send directly to our email address.

We do not collect payment card details. All payment transactions are handled directly between both parties via bank transfer.

  • To communicate with you throughout the course of a project
  • To deliver the services you have requested
  • To send project updates, invoices, and relevant project information
  • To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
We Will Never Sell your personal data to third parties, send you unsolicited marketing emails, or share your information with anyone outside of what is necessary to deliver your project.
04

How It's Stored

Your data is handled with care and stored securely:

  • Contact form submissions are received via Formspree and delivered directly to our email inbox. Formspree's privacy policy applies to this processing.
  • Project communications are stored in our email and WhatsApp accounts, protected by passwords and two-factor authentication.
  • We do not store your personal data on any public servers or unsecured systems.
  • Data is retained only for as long as necessary to deliver your project and comply with any legal obligations.
  • Once a project is complete and all obligations are fulfilled, personal data may be deleted upon request.
05

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. Your data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service delivery — if your project requires working with a third-party tool or platform (e.g. a hosting provider or domain registrar), only the minimum necessary information will be shared.
  • Legal requirement — if we are required by Nigerian law or a court order to disclose your information, we will comply with that obligation.
  • With your explicit consent — we will not share your data for any other reason without first obtaining your written permission.
